Pomalid 4mg Capsule is a chemotherapy medicine containing the active constituent Pomalidomide. It belongs to the group of medications known as Immuno modulatory agents. It is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults. Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer mainly affecting certain white blood cells called the plasma cell. These cells grow uncontrolled and accumulate in the bone marrow, damaging the bones and kidneys

The common side effects that are likely to associate with Pomalid 1mg Capsule are shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, back and bone pain, dizziness, tremor, upper respiratory tract infection, sleeping trouble, loss of appetite, lack of energy, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling or burning sensation, the low potassium level in the blood and anemia. Treatment of Multiple myeloma

Pomalid 4mg Capsule works by stimulating the immune system to attack the cancer cells, stopping the formation of blood vessels supplying the cancer cells, and preventing the growth of cancer cells (myeloma cells).

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products that you are taking or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Pomalid 4mg Capsule and can cause potential side effects

• Keep Pomalid 4mg Capsule out of sight and reach of children.
• Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

Always take Pomalid 4mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the Capsule as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the Capsule
