General Instructions
Tell your pharmacist if you have any history of heart, liver and kidney diseases.
Inform the pharmacist if you are taking any other drugs, OTC medications, herbal products or nutritional supplements.
Inform your physician about the usage of Entecavir before any scheduled surgery.
When not to use?
Avoid taking Entehep tablet if you are allergic to Entecavir or similar drugs.
You are advised not to take this medicine if it has passed the expiry date of the medication printed on the pack.
General warnings
This tablet does not prevent spreading of hepatitis B infection through sexual contact.
Let your specialist know before he prescribes you this medication if you have a history of liver problems, HIV infection, any kidney problems or taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicine.
Do not stop taking the drug abruptly unless instructed by the pharmacist. Suddenly stopping the medicine may cause the illness to return.
Warnings for special population
This tablet is recommended in pregnant women only if required. All the risks and benefits should with the doctor before taking this medicine.
This medication is recommended for use in breastfeeding women only in life-threatening conditions. The risks and advantages should be discussed with the pharmacist before pickings this medicine. Your doctor may counsel you to discontinue the drug or to terminate breastfeeding based on your clinical state.
